1. Course Access and Use

All courses, training, and resources are for your use only.

Purchases are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to another person or business without our prior written consent.

Access is granted solely to the individual that has purchased the course.

Multiple Learners in an Organisation
Each learner within an organisation must hold their own paid enrolment. Course access and resources are not to be shared. Organisations wishing to enrol multiple learners should contact emma@emmablakely.com to discuss package pricing

2. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through AI Support Nest (including text, images, videos, documents, templates, and training modules) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish our content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and business purposes.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All materials, advice, and recommendations provided through AI Support Nest are for educational and informational purposes only.

Emma Blakely, AI Support Nest, and Which Artificial Intelligence and affiliates accept no liability for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of advice, tools, or resources recommended.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or business success from using our services.

Courses, materials, and tools are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

4. External Links and Tools

From time to time, we may recommend or link to external websites, services, or AI tools. These are provided for your convenience only.

5. Use of Third-Party AI Tools

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our materials and destroy any copies you have made.

10. Brand Disclaimer

Any brands, platforms, or tools mentioned within our courses, resources, or communications are referenced for educational purposes only. They do not endorse, sponsor, or have any affiliation with AI Support Nest, Emma Blakely, or Which Artificial Intelligence. For example, Facebook is not affiliated with this campaign and does not endorse it.

11. AI Transcriptions

You can request a transcription.

AI-generated transcriptions of Zoom sessions, as well as any associated Zoom recordings, provided by AI Support Nest are not permitted and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written permission from Emma Blakely.
